The day has come. You found the house of your dreams and you are just about to "Sign you life away". You sit down at the closing and there is a stack of papers 20 to 40 pages deep. You sign, sign, and sign some more. Initial here and there. They ramble off to you each thing as you sign, but you know that you never will remember what they are saying two minutes after they say it and it quite possibly is the first that you have ever heard of these things.
