So it's time to get serious. There are so many aspects with buying a home that you can get muddled down. So many houses, so many realtors, what can you afford, what do you have to look out for.

We suggest taking it one step at a time. Don't just buy the first house you look at with the first agent who comes your way. Take the time to really get to know what you want and need in a home. Find a realtor who will help you find what you want, not what they want to sell you.

Also, take the time to calculate what you can afford and what you are willing to pay for a home. This will most likely be the most expensive thing you buy in your entire life. Choose wisely.
